历史
TKS是在20世纪30年代波兰研发的一种非常小的履带式装甲车。它基于早期的英国设计，造价低廉，波兰得以大量生产。由于体积极小，它能藏在灌木丛、高草丛和下沉式道路中，让敌方坦克难以发现它。大部分TKS超轻型坦克只装备了一挺机枪，这使得它们在对抗重型装甲坦克时显得力不从心。然而，在第二次世界大战前夕，一小部分TKS被升级为装备20mm自动炮。在一次著名的战斗中，一名叫Roman Orlik的波兰士官利用他装备了机炮的TKS进行了一次突袭，摧毁了几辆德国坦克。
