History

The National Logohu Medal was established in 2005 as the medal component attached to the Order of Logohu.

It effectively replaced older British Imperial awards such as the British Empire Medal (BEM) for non-commissioned soldiers, sailors, and community leaders.

In military circles, it is widely awarded to enlisted soldiers and non-commissioned officers who demonstrate steadfast commitment, loyalty, and exceptional performance in uniform.
