History
The LAV 6.0 is the latest version of the Light Armoured Vehicle series. Canada started using these vehicles to replace older models because they needed better protection against modern threats like roadside bombs. Engineers worked hard to make the armor thicker and the engine more powerful than before. Today, it serves as the backbone of the Canadian Army's ground transportation. It carries soldiers into battle while shielding them from gunfire and explosions. It is designed to be nimble on roads but also tough enough for rough terrain. Because it has wheels instead of tracks, it can travel very long distances on highways without needing a truck to carry it. This makes it very useful for quick deployments during missions.
