History
The F-16 Fighting Falcon was first built in the United States to be a light and nimble fighter plane. Greece started buying these jets in the 1980s to help keep their country safe. Over the years, the Greek Air Force has added newer versions of the F-16 to their fleet to make sure they have the best technology available. These planes are famous for being able to turn very quickly during air battles. Today, they are a main part of the Greek air defense system. Greek pilots train often to fly these jets in many different types of weather and situations. They help keep the borders of Greece secure from any unexpected visitors in the air. The F-16 is loved by many for its strong engine and its ability to carry many different types of weapons.
