History
The Type 055 is a big, strong ship that acts like a bodyguard for other naval vessels. China built these ships to have the newest radar and weapon systems. They are much bigger than most other destroyers, which helps them carry more equipment and stay at sea for a long time. The first one was launched a few years ago, and now they are a key part of the Chinese Navy. These ships can track many targets at once using high-tech sensors. They carry different types of missiles that can hit other ships, planes, or targets on the ground. Because they are so advanced, they help the Chinese Navy patrol large areas of the ocean and show their strength during training missions.
