History
The Chengdu J-20 was built to be a very advanced fighter jet. China wanted an airplane that could fly fast, carry many weapons, and stay hidden from radar. Engineers worked for many years to create its special shape and technology. It was first seen by the public during a test flight in 2011. Since then, the Chinese military has been adding more of these jets to their air force. Pilots are trained to use its advanced computers to help them fly and fight safely in the sky. Today, it is considered one of the most capable aircraft in the world because of its stealth features. It helps the Chinese military watch over their borders and keep their airspace secure.
