History

Qatar decided it needed newer and better planes to keep its airspace safe. They worked with the American company Boeing to create the F-15QA, which is a special version of the famous Eagle fighter jet. These planes were designed to carry many weapons and travel at very high speeds.

The first of these jets arrived in Qatar in 2021. Pilots and ground crews had to train hard to learn how to fly and fix such a complex piece of technology. This plane helps Qatar work closely with its allies.

Today, these jets are a major part of the Qatari Air Force. They are used for practice missions and to patrol the country. They show how Qatar invests in modern tools to keep their nation secure.
